Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is necessary, and payment is required upon registration. Walk-ins are not guaranteed entrance. No refunds will be given one week prior to the program/event. Substitutions may be made with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the event.
Name Badge Policy:
Name badges are held at registration by last name. All registrant names and guests must be submitted 48 hours prior to the event. If a guest(s) name is not found at the registration table on the day of the event, a handwritten badge will be created onsite.
Health & Safety Policy:
The PHLCVB will take precautions to ensure the health & safety of our guests, abiding by guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) along with state and local laws. By attending, guests assume the risk related to possible exposure. Those who are sick, and suspect they have had COVID-19, should not attend.
Photo Policy:
Your registration constitutes permission to use photos, audio, and video recordings taken of you at the event for promotional purposes in connection with the PHLCVB.
